a little bit about this blog

I love coming across blogs—clicking through the posts, giving each one a quick skim, and committing to a couple that stick out to me (usually a food, movie, or album review). They always make me wonder why I haven't started a blog of my own. I write a fair amount, and a lot of my essays and poems circle around similar themes, making them cohesive enough to be shared together, so why not? There are a few reasons and a handful of excuses, the main one being : "I don't have enough time". But I figured I should just start.
